John has been passionate about radio since his schooldays, inspired by legendry broadcasters of the golden era. With years of experience behind the mic, he’s a confident presenter and event host.

John is also a sports freak, ex semi-pro footballer, qualified football coach and goalkeeping coach with many years involvement with the midlands non-league scene at clubs such as Solihull Borough, Solihull Moors, Redditch United, Hednesford Town, Stafford Rangers and Stratford Town, which includes being part of the Birmingham City ladies coaching staff who won the FA cup in 2012.
