James is a big music fan, whether it’s going to local gigs, digging out the latest releases or listening to classics from the past, his love of music is behind it all. Depending on where the mood takes him, he enjoys a wide range of genres including americana, indie, country, folk, electronica and dance. Non-mainstream artists play an important part, but there’s always room for some better-known bands in James’ typical playlist. Midlands-based but having lived across the UK and the globe, his influences stretch far and wide when seeking the perfect tunes to share on his show. It's all about quality - it's all about the music!
