Modern Talking with Haina is a personality-led talk and music show exploring young people, modern life and everything in between.

From relationships, social media and careers to money, education, mental wellbeing and the pressures of growing up today, Haina brings young voices, fascinating guests and different generations together for honest, entertaining and sometimes provocative conversations.

But this isn't a lecture - expect plenty of humour, listener interaction, big questions and, of course, an unapologetic soundtrack of cheesy pop, guilty pleasures, nostalgic classics and massive singalong favourites.

Serious conversations, different perspectives, brilliant music... and plenty of cheese!
